Savor the flavors of summer

T

his menu earned it’s name The Casa De Collins because, well, our last name is Collins, and we serve it in our house. Nah- just kidding- that’s too obvious. It’s actually because we feel this meal represents us really well and we truly enjoy sharing it with others.

Like us, it’s a little bit rustic, it’s simple, a bit extravagant, and full of lots of love. For us, it’s Brett and Chrissy on a table, and that is what Feast and Merriment is all about.

This menus is perfect for a special occasion of any kind. My only recommendation is to not wait as long as I did for a special occasion to come along before trying these special dishes.  So, learn from my mistakes and don’t wait for a special occasion- create one and make some memories!
