I follow recipes about 50% of the time that I cook. The other 50% of the time I cook comes from experience, my knowledge of the ingredients and a whole lot of luck! But when I do use a recipe, I really commit to it- I’m not one of those people who alters the recipe and then slams it on a review site- WHAT is up with that? I never understood those people. Rather, I try the recipe and review it honestly. If I find a tip along the way, I share it.
