Sugar in the Raw can be found easily in most any food store. I keep a box of individual packets in my pantry for when I bake pies. The course sugar sprinkled on the crust of a pie glistens and adds a texture to the pie that looks really beautiful after it bakes. It’s an easy way to amp up your presentation.
