- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup dry white wine such as Pinot Grigio
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Crush the Ritz crackers into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until finely ground. Set aside.
