Anyone who knows me, knows without question, that I am an Ina Garten fan. Correction- I am a mega fan. Not a day goes by that Ina isn’t on my mind. When I am stumped on a cooking or ingredient problem I ask myself constantly, “WWID?” (What would Ina do?) I think of her as my culinary soul mate- she just doesn’t know it it yet!

I own every single one of Ina Garten’s cookbooks, also known as the Barefoot Contessa cookbooks. The reason why I am so loyal to this collection of cookbooks is because they are 100% reliable. I have made countless recipes from these books, many of which are featured and recommended on this website, and I am confident that anyone can make outstanding meals following the recipes in these cookbooks.
