KitchenAid Pasta Attachment

Turn your stand mixer into a pasta-making machine

$219

If you already own a KitchenAid mixer, this is hands-down the most magical upgrade you can make. Of all the KitchenAid attachments I have, the pasta roller & cutter is, by far, the best attachment KitchenAid has ever made.

Why do I love it? Because it takes something traditionally a bit fussy and makes it feel completely approachable. It also helps preserve the ritual of pasta making without the elbow grease. Plus, cleanup is simple—just brush off the rollers (never wash with water!), and you’re done. Its a game changer.

You can purchase just the basic roller if you like to cut your own shapes but I recommend the set. I have the basic 3 piece set and I use them all. The basic 3 piece set comes with a cutter to make tagliatelle (similar to fettuccini) and another to make tagliolini (thin spaghetti).

How to Make Homemade Pasta
Making homemade pasta is equal parts science and soul. I can’t teach the soul part, but I can teach you a thing or two!

If you’ve ever dreamed of making fresh pasta at home—but didn’t love the idea of hand-cranking your way through dinner prep—this KitchenAid Pasta Attachment is your new best friend.
