KitchenAid Pasta Attachment

A game changer for any level pasta maker

$219

I have almost all of the KitchenAid attachments and the pasta roller is, by far, the best attachment KitchenAid has ever made. Its a game changer for anyone who makes homemade pasta, or wants to get started. No more cranking, and you get to use two hands. As a traditionalist in the kitchen, I too was skeptical, but I can promise you that once you make the switch from the traditional roller to the Kitchen Aid attachment, you’ll never look back.

You can purchase just the basic roller if you like to cut your own shapes but I recommend the set. I have the basic 3 piece set and I use them all. The basic 3 piece set comes with a cutter to make tagliatelle (similar to fettuccini) and another to make tagliolini (thin spaghetti).

How to Make Homemade Pasta
Making homemade pasta is equal parts science and soul. I can’t teach the soul part, but I can teach you a thing or two!
